Delivery Expectations  

Deliveries are Tuesdays and Fridays, 6 – 11 am and someone is to receive the order. It can be to your office, home or whatever works best for your schedule, as we want the food to be stored in the fridge straight away and not sitting in the heat. You need to order before 10 am the day before the delivery day for it to be fulfilled the next day. If not, it will fall into the next scheduled delivery.

  • Chicken: Chicken breast, pumpkin, bok choy, brown rice and carrots. 
  • Beef: Ground beef, pumpkin, peas, brown rice and carrots. 
  • Grain-free: Ground turkey, sweet potato, broccoli, carrots and blueberries. 

Weekly Plan: 

  • Bowls: 2

Shipping Details

Deliveries

They are all fulfilled in-house by the Bao Bowls team, so you will have familiar faces coming to your house/business. 

Packaging 

All meals crafted and packaged individually to ensure your packaging complies with food safety regulations in the Cayman Islands. 

Storage and Handling: 

After the food is cooked and cooled, it is placed in cooler bags or the Bao Bowls fridge. We then store the bags in our vehicle to ensure quality and safety before delivering the food. Someone must be present to accept the delivery, as we do not leave bowls outside properties or offices.

Shipping Costs and Rates: 

We offer convenient and reliable delivery to you door for your convenience. Delivery charges are included in your subscription, so there are no tricky terms when you checkout.  

Delivery Options:  

This is a direct-to-consumer brand, so all your bowls are delivered to your home, office, or wherever works best for your schedule.

Return Policy

 Eligibility for Returns: 

  • To be eligible, items must be unused and in the original packaging. 
  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Approved returns will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
